Len’s adult Scouting trail began when he was the Cubmaster and assistant Scoutmaster for his son’s Pack and Troop. He is currently a member of the Central Florida Council’s Executive Board and Executive Committee. He has served as vice president of finance, executive vice president, vice president of Endowment and council president.
Active at St. Michael’s Episcopal Church, he is a lay Eucharist minister. He has served on the church vestry and is a past senior warden and the acolyte warden for 15 years.
Equally active in his community, Len is on the board of directors for many civic, youth and professional organizations including: Wayne M. Densch Charities, Wayne Densch Foundation, Inc.; and the Marjorie Williams Family Foundation. He is also on the Board of Commerce National Bank; Wayne Densch, Inc.; Wash Me, Inc.; and Raindancer Car Wash. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida YMCA.
Len, an Eagle Scout himself, says one of his fondest memories was when he and his Eagle Scout son, Thomas, hiked the trails of Philmont together. Len and his wife, Marilyn, also have a daughter, Amelia.
